Scrunchie Kits

These scrunchie kits were made in collaboration with Jessie's Art Shed and consist of all the materials, tools and instructions needed to make scrunchies. There are a a variety of different materials available to chose from and they can either be purchased in store on online at Jessie's Art Shed.
